You can request deletion of your personal data and connected account data from Realadson.ai at any time.
Send an email to support@realadson.ai from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". You do not need to give a reason.
Your user account and profile, business onboarding information, AI generation history, leads and campaign records stored on the platform, and any connected ad-account authorizations (access tokens are revoked and removed). Payment records may be retained only to the extent required for tax and accounting compliance.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
If you connected a Meta or Google account, disconnecting from within the platform, or removing the app from your Meta/Google account settings, immediately revokes our access. A deletion request additionally removes the historical data stored on our servers.
