Realadson.ai ("we", "our", "the platform") provides AI-powered advertising and marketing automation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information (name, email address, mobile number), business information you provide during onboarding (business details, products, services, marketing preferences), campaign and lead data generated through your use of the platform, payment and subscription records, and technical data such as IP address and login activity kept for security purposes.
We use your information to operate your account, generate AI-based marketing outputs from the business details you provide, run and measure advertising campaigns you create, process subscription payments, provide customer support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you connect advertising accounts (such as Meta or Google), you authorize the platform to access those accounts strictly to create and manage campaigns on your behalf. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form. AI content generation is performed through secure API calls to our AI service providers; your data is transmitted only to fulfil the generation you request.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, role-based access control and audit logging to protect your information. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our User Data Deletion Policy.
